Teaching 294

1 In these difficult and painful times for the people, my work will be like a lighthouse for the shipwrecked, like a shield for the weak, like a travel bundle full of food for the needy. - I speak to you figuratively about the spiritual. For I have already told you that man lives not only on bread, but also on my word.

2 It is necessary that you understand the meaning of this truth. For many needy people, sick in body and soul, will cross your path. But truly, I tell you, their bodily need will not be greater than that of their soul. For it will consist of misery, hunger, nakedness, cold, fear and darkness.

3 How much must you be prepared to look into the hearts and see what they contain, what they hide, and what they need! I have taught you to nourish souls, to heal them, to give them light and to show the way to their upward development.

4 Whoever hears this word and keeps it in his heart will be able to become a spiritual leader, a doctor, and a counselor. In his word he will have a gift of peace and comfort for his fellow men who are in need of light.

5 While you heal the sick and let them hear the divine word, you will witness the resurrection of many souls when, awakening from their deep sleep and shaken by your voice, they discover the treasures and gifts they carried with them, without being aware of them. It will then be a great bliss in their hearts, because they will feel that they are heirs of their Father.

6 For a long time they felt far from the Lord. But a single word from a brother, an emissary of that most loving father, was enough, and their whole being shone with love and life.

7 My call will reach to all by going from one heart to the next. Likewise, the news of my spiritual presence has quietly spread among you and the knowledge has been passed on that now the Third Time is here.

8 I do not want you to boast of my coming, nor to make use of such means as are alien to spiritualization to spread my message.

9 Take an example from my apostles, who by works of love, by words full of light, and by writings which reflected the truth, gave witness to all the peoples of the earth that Christ, the Divine Master, was with them

10 Weak people, you will not make an effort to get your own salvation. Are they sacrifices that I demand of you? Quite simple is the task that I have entrusted to each of you. But to you it appears as a cross whose weight is greater than your strength.

11 If I subject you to any test, you despair and rebel against my will, even if it is mild.

12 Where is Abraham, from whom I demanded the life of his beloved son and who was ready to obey Me? Where could I find the strength and faith of Moses'' who crossed the desert, followed by his people? And the faithfulness of my apostles to follow until death the traces left by their Master - where could I find them again?

13 See, I do not demand of you the lives of your children, nor that you sacrifice your blood in my name, and yet the mission I have entrusted to you seems difficult to you and there are many who refuse it

14 I have only shown you the means to do good, to be useful to your neighbor, so that you may work out everlasting peace for your soul and help your fellow men to climb the mountain of spiritualization.

15 Let the voice of your conscience speak, listen to it and then tell me if this mission I have entrusted to you is a yoke for you Verily I tell you, if you are always able to hear that inner voice, you will have to shed tears of repentance and tell Me: how ungrateful we have been to You and how unjust to ourselves!

16 When you have made these reflections, and firm resolutions are formed in your heart to fulfill your mission with gentleness and love, you will feel in your soul the light of your Father as He blesses you.

17 Fear not, people, for I am going ahead of you, directing your steps and illuminating your path like an immense lighthouse

18 If you take this present lesson as an accusation of the Master, take it as such. But if you go to the bottom of it, you will find there my righteousness, my love, and my zeal for the part which I have entrusted to you in my work.

19 Know that now is the third time, the age of spiritual light.

20 Be of good cheer, for you will be witnesses of many events and will have the grace to receive many revelations.

21 Your heart is not hardened, your brain is not closed to my love, your soul has not fallen asleep Open your eyes to the light and sharpen your senses so that you may perceive the signs, the calls and manifestations of my spirit and of the spiritual world, which will make themselves felt above you.

22 For every creature the day of his spiritual liberation is fixed in this time-the time when he ceases forever to be a slave to the world, a slave to temptation, a worshipper of the body and its pleasures.

23 The false jewels will fall from you, because the soul spurns the vanities of the world, to clothe itself with the worthy cloak of spiritualization.

24 For how many of you, who have heard my word in this time, was the day of your deliverance the very day when you heard this voice for the first time? With how much love have you imprinted in your memory the blessed date when you remember the miracle of your resurrection to faith!

25 Blessed are they that have wept much, but have known how to wait. Blessed are they who sinned, but afterwards willingly submitted themselves to purification, because they foresaw the coming of my word in their hearts. They were able to feel and recognize Me from the day they first attended my manifestation, from my first word. When I touched the strings of their heart, which had become sensitive through the pain and misfortunes of life, with my essence, they felt the Divine Lifeblood of the Master flowing through their whole being, and at the same time as they were growing stronger, misery, blemishes, vices, sufferings, darkness, and stains of shame fell from their soul and then clothed it with the garment of the soul of light, which is the truth.

26 There had come into my presence men who were dead to the spiritual life. But when they went away, they went as men converted to the faith, who finally knew which was the true way. For faith is the compass of the soul.

27 It is an unspeakable happiness for the soul, when it rises to faith! But this was not all, even more awaited those who returned to life in this way. It was the happiness of knowing that they would be able to raise the "dead" on their ways, as they had learned from their Master, and that they would be able to show the direction to every earth wanderer they would meet who would wander without a fixed goal in life.

28 He who has not saved a neighbor, who has not restored lost faith or health to a fellow man, will not be able to imagine that bliss of the soul. Who then can possibly imagine the joy of being the savior, the consolation, the master, and the eternal resurrection of every soul? But I have not reserved this joy only for myself, for I have shared something of each of my qualities with you and taught you to save, to heal, to comfort, and to awaken to new life. For I want my joy to be that of all, as my kingdom of heaven awaits all.

29 People, if you feel that a higher power embraces your being, it is because you feel just my presence. You have prepared your soul and made your body receptive. Therefore, at this moment, moved by my words, you are enjoying the power that radiates from my spirit. Think: If you had this spiritualization in every moment of your life, you would perceive the feeling of my presence everywhere. Then you would find that my justice is fully revealed in your lives.

30 I judge the nations of the earth at this time, and touch all souls with my light. But only few are aware that their judgment has come, and even fewer are those who suspect the presence of the time already announced in the past ages.

31 To all of them I have given the necessary time for the examination of their life in the light of their conscience, as well as for their repentance and renewal if they would have something to mend or make up for. Both to men who rule and enact laws and to those who lead mankind spiritually, as well as to scientists and all who impart knowledge, I have given time to prepare. For all will have to answer the questions that my justice will ask them.

32 If men of today were not so harsh and callous, they would undoubtedly be constantly receiving messages from the spiritual world, and occasionally they would find themselves surrounded by multitudes of beings who are constantly working toward the awakening of men, and they would find that they are never alone.

33 Some call that world "invisible", others "beyond". But why? Simply because they lack faith to "see" the spiritual, and because their human misery gives them the feeling of being far away and alien to a world that they ought to feel in their hearts.

34 I had to free this people here, who come together in the modesty of these assembly rooms to hear Me, from earthly goods and vanities, so that they would be attracted by something which is just not of this world, and which is my teaching

35 I have found you poor, weeping for the lost goods, and therefore a little disappointed by the false splendor of the worldly glories and a little less materialized. This helps you to feel the presence of the spiritual as well as to long for the unfolding and improvement of your soul. If you were rich, healthy, and if you had lived among comforts, festivals, and pleasures - would you have rushed to my call?

36 Realize how much I still have to make myself felt among men, so that the monarchs will follow my teaching.

37 It is not so that I want to see you poor, and still much less needy of what is necessary for life and survival. But the developed man must know that before the human the soul comes because the soul can live without the earthly body, but the body on the other hand cannot exist without the soul.

38 I want all things to be yours, but that you make conscious use of what you need; that you may know how to be rich in soul and possess much in material things, if you make good use of them and give to both of you their true value and rank. How can the soul of an immeasurably rich man harm itself if what it possesses is for the good of its neighbor? And how can a mighty man harm himself when his spirit knows how to withdraw on occasion to pray, and he is in communion with me through his prayer?

39 Ye who hear these revelations understand the truth. But there are many who are shipwrecked in darkness at these very moments, and they must be saved by me. In the storm that is approaching, many ships will sink, and there will be fear and lamentations and curses, despair and tears. Still I assure you that spiritually no one will perish, because even in the deepest darkness a light will always shine, a star, a ray, which is the spirit from which a spark of faith and hope will fall down to the heart.

40 When from the innermost part of men the cry for help comes up to me, saying to me, "My Father, our Savior, come to us, we perish," then I will let them feel my presence, will reveal to them my infinite mercy and prove it to them one more time.

41 I have a thirst for your faith, for your repentance and your love - a thirst which you have not been able to quench to this day. For whenever I have asked you for the water of your love, you have offered me the cup of bile and vinegar.

42 My thirst is that ye love one another. For it would be enough for you to fulfill this commandment, and all your pains, bitterness and sufferings would immediately cease. My thirst is not a necessity for me, but for you.

43 Disciples, feel how I love you in these words. Love me likewise in him, because my spirit is in his meaning.

44 As this teaching spreads, you will be asked about the purpose of this message, since so many religious communities already exist. Then you shall reveal to them that this Word has come to mankind to teach men spirit to spirit communication that their religions do not teach them, and that this message is the divine light that reveals to you all the spiritual qualities that you possess.

45 This people will bring the good news of my word to all mankind, and through them men will realize that it is only one step between them and the spiritual kingdom, and that the infinite distance which they think exists between the one world and the other has been only the result of their imagination, ignorance, and their alienated practice of religion.

46 In the past times mankind was only prepared for the time when the time would be suitable for spiritual communication. Now is the appropriate time when your soul is empowered and at the same time able to rise and connect with the higher life.

47 My announcement through the human intellect has proved to you the truth of all what I have just told you and has also served as an incentive for this people who have heard me and have helped them in this way to take the first step towards spiritual dialogue

48 Just as I first taught you so that you might later take steps of greater perfection on my path, so you should first speak and explain with my word, so that once my work has been understood by your fellow men, they will be prepared and able to communicate with their Father and their spiritual brothers and sisters.

49 Not all my voice-bearers were able and willing to prepare themselves to serve Me, and often I had to send down my light on unclean organs of the mind, which were busy with useless things, if not even with sinful things Through their wrongdoing they called my righteousness upon them, for their minds were deprived of all inspiration and their lips of all eloquence to express the divine message. In these cases, the audience closed their ears to those poor announcements, but opened their souls to feel my presence in them and receive my essence. The people fed on the essence that my mercy sent to them at that moment; but the voice bearer prevented a message that did not come from his lips, forcing those present to commune with their master spiritually, although they were not yet prepared to receive my inspiration in this form.

50 There is still enough time left for the voters and the churches to prepare themselves, so that in the last year of my proclamation, through the understanding of man, they may see my word reach its peak through the highest and most luminous teaching addresses which you have heard up to that time. I am ready to reward you by granting you that preparation and that desire, if you really prepare yourselves. My light will come in streams, flooding your soul and saturating it with power, wisdom and spiritualization.

51 Thus the parting of my words must be at the end of this time of my manifestation - in the greatest possible preparation of soul and mind, so that when you no longer hear me in this form, you may feel the immeasurable desire to hear my voice, and this desire urges you to seek me in the Infinite, in the Divine For with this you will have taken a firm step toward the spiritual worship of God, toward the true dialogue between the children and the Father.

52 Once you no longer have before your eyes the persons, objects or figures you use as means to feel Me, and you perceive My presence only through prayer and receive My inspiration in every moment of your life in which you desire Me, you will cry out with rejoicing in your hearts: "Master, how you are so close to us!

53 I will continue to be your master, to be your physician, and through you I will manifest myself in the sick whom you bring before me. I will be inspiration in your minds and word on your lips. I will send you the spiritual protectors so that they may continue to guide and protect you.

54 Do not be content with the first thing you achieve, but direct your attention and your efforts to perfect yourselves. Because also this new way to seek me will be subject to an unfolding.

55 Now is the Third Time, in which your soul can already begin to dream from earth of very high worlds and very great realizations. For he who separates from this world and carries in his soul the knowledge of what he will find, and the unfolding of his spiritual gifts, will pass through many worlds without dwelling in them until he reaches that one, which he is entitled to inhabit because of his merits. He will be fully aware of his spiritual state, will know how to carry out his mission wherever he is, will know the language of love, harmony and justice, and will be able to communicate with the purity of the spiritual language which is the thought. With him there will be no obstacles, confusion or tears, and he will begin to experience the supreme bliss of approaching the homes that belong to him because they are his eternal inheritance.

56 For my work to take root in the hearts of men as a sanctuary of faith and spiritualization, my servants will have much to fight, my people will have to go through countless trials.

57 First the world will reject this teaching. But you will not let your courage sink, because I point out to you already now that he who rejects it will do it with the heart, but it will not be done through the spiritual soul of man, since the soul keeps this my promise in itself.

58 I have seen you emphatically and busy with the journey that awaits you, and I have come to your heart to give you peace, and through My Word to pave ways and break down obstacles that you are already beginning to create through your imagination.

59 Blessed are those who reflect, suffer, and are anxious about my work, for it is a proof that they have taken it into their hearts. I then encourage their soul and caress it so that it feels full of faith, peace and confidence again.

60 At my love table you have eaten the divine bread which you have earned by your preparation. If you have not obtained more, it is because your preparation was not sufficient for more. If you have gained much on this day, it has been the proof that you were able to make yourselves worthy of this reward. I also tell you that if I poured out my light in streams in other places of assembly on this day, it was because the crowds of listeners knew how to prepare themselves, and that where this spiritualization did not exist, my word resounded with justice in the consciences of my children.
