Anna Maria went back to meditation and closed her eyes.

She sees the globe with the continents in green on it. Then all the continents are red for the most part, especially at the edges, some are almost entirely red (base chakra)

Anna Maria now mentally sees people. They are now more relaxed, openly approach each other.
The lips are softer. Nice, bright, friendly weather.

Naughty, tiny fly flies directly into the right nostril. Itches.

Empty, hollow stomach. Hunger, (solar plexus) and heavy, tired limbs.
