Learn to see Aura - Basic Chakra

Anna Maria lies comfortably on the sofa and closes her eyes.
She feels with her consciousness into the ground, into her base chakra.
The color that appears first is not red but yellow.
Obviously  she is making the fulfillment of her basic needs  depending on her network of relationships (yellow, solar plexus, 3rd Chakra).
As she continues to feel her consciousness into her base chakra, the color changes to orange and then turns pink.
Jesus: "I'm not working on it anymore. "
You mean, I can do it myself now?
"Mentally"
It is not a feeling. It has something to do with trust. With basic trust.
Anna Maria swallows. Dark matter swallows like a mouth. Then there is a sphere behind it, which can be seen spiritually. The sphere glows brightly and begins to spin and then to shake and vibrate by frequencies.
Then Anna Maria has the impression that she is in this sphere, or that the sphere has enveloped or absorbed her - warm, white light vibrates and pulsates in it, and she feels totally safe and secure in it.
While it fibrates in the sphere and shakes slightly, she sees the sphere (or sun) shrouded in clouds, more dark outside and more light and permeable round the sphere, so that the sphere is overshadowed and only moderately emits light to the outside and hardly the day brightens. There is twilight.
But inside the sphere it is pleasantly warm and friendly and she feels totally safe and secure in it.
