Libya,
country in Africa, 1% of the land is used as arable land. Islamic. Arabic.
Direct democracy. Capital Tripoli. Government in Tobruk. They have had a
transitional government since the assassination of Gadaffi in 2011. The country
is politically divided into two hostile parts, East Libya and West Libya. Two
prime ministers: Abdul Hamid Dbeiba governs the west and Osama Hamada governs
the east. Head of state: Mohamed al-Menfi. Oil exports are managed by the West.
There was

The GDP
(gross domestic product) of Libya in 2021 amounted to 5,000 US dollars per
capita. But the people have none of this and are desperately poor.
The Libyan government is an enemy of Israel.
It is the same pattern that we are currently seeing in Gaza, it follows the same pattern. There, too, it's not about religion or human rights - it's about the natural resources that many countries there are vying for. Here too, local skilled workers are being laid off and replaced by foreign skilled workers.
Libya is a rich country with mineral resources, oil and fossil water under the surface, which Gadaffi wanted to develop for his people. Few would have expected this scenario: Another Gaddafi fighting for power. Saif
al-Islam al-Gaddafi, the second son of Libyan dictator Muammar al-Gaddafi, who
was killed in 2011, is running in his country's presidential elections.
Statements from relatives and political figures paint a portrait of an unpredictable
and fiercely determined man.
